Welcome to Chilluno! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Chilluno, a brand operated by Weft Home Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16520488). Weft Home Limited operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the "Services") in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. Chilluno is powered by Shopify Inc., which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use or access our Services. 

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage. To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. We do our best to ensure all information on this site is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that everything is always accurate, complete or current. The content is provided for general reference only and should not be relied on as your only source when making decisions.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. 
We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor displays them correctly.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. 
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores. We shall not be liable for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorised alterations of the product.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS & BILLING
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We are not liable for delays in acceptance or changes to orders. Purchases must be for personal use only. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information and update them as needed.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items marked as "Final Sale", or where hygiene concerns apply (e.g., opened bedding).This policy helps us ensure product safety and hygiene standards for all customers.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or external events. Title and risk pass to you once products are handed to the carrier. 

SECTION 8 - GIFT CARDS (Digital)
Chilluno Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed online at chilluno.com and used toward any of our products.They can’t be used in other stores or online marketplaces.
You can use a gift card to pay in full or in part. If your purchase exceeds the value of the card, the remaining amount can be paid using another method.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can’t be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards can’t be replaced.
Please make sure you enter the correct email address when sending a gift card—we can’t take responsibility for delivery errors due to typos, spam filters, or firewalls.
By purchasing or using a Chilluno Gift Card, you agree to these terms. 

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features shall also be deemed part of the Services and are subject to these Terms of Service.

You further agree that your Feedback will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene Feedback, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Services or any related website. In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; or (e) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

All content on our site is owned by Chilluno or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
chilluno’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of chilluno or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of chilluno. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. 

SECTION 16 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Chilluno is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with chilluno. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and chilluno, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with chilluno.

SECTION 17 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES 
We do our best to keep our Services running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee they’ll always be perfect. From time to time, the Services may be temporarily unavailable, updated, or removed—sometimes without notice.
The information provided on our site is for general purposes only. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding its completeness, accuracy, or reliability. Any reliance you place on such material is at your own risk.
Unless otherwise stated by us, the Services and all products sold through chilluno.com are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. Chilluno shall not be liable for damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorised alterations of the product.
We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chilluno (operated by Weft Home Limited), including our directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through our site—including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chilluno is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or products. 

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chilluno (operated by Weft Home Limited), Shopify Inc., and our respective affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from any losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of:
(1) your breach of these Terms or related policies;
(2) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or
(3) your use or misuse of the Services.
If such a claim arises, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to manage the legal defence at your cost (including choice of counsel), but we won’t agree to any settlement that imposes non-financial obligations on you without your consent (which you may not unreasonably withhold). You agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims, including providing any relevant documents or information we request.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

You and chilluno consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

SECTION 25 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 26 - FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, internet outages, or supply chain disruptions.
