30-Day Peace-of-Mind Returns (UK Orders)
We hope you’ll love your Chilluno purchase.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used bedding.This ensures that no customer ever receives a product that has been opened, handled, or previously returned.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or defective, we will replace it or offer a full refund under our Chilluno Care 365-day Warranty.
Before sending anything back, please make sure:
- Items are unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
- You’ve contacted our Customer Care team prior to returning any item.
Please email us at info@chilluno.com with following details:
- Your order number
- Reason for return.
- Three cleared photos of the item(s) with original packaging, Top , Back and Side views.
Important Notes
- As bedding is a personal item, we can only accept returns in original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We do not accept partial returns on bundled sets—the full set must be returned together.
- Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Gifts can be returned for a Chilluno E-Gift Card.
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 working days with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale or final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
- Used or washed bedding
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Cost:
- If the return is due to our error (defect, incorrect item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
- For returns due to customer preference, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds & Store Credit
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
