Chilluno Care 365-Day Warranty

At Chilluno, we’re committed to quality. That’s why we offer a 365-day limited warranty covering material or manufacturing defects. This warranty includes a replacement in the rare event of a product defect. It is valid for 365 days from the date of delivery, applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and is valid only when products are used as intended.

Please note: Chilluno cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorised alterations of the product. The following types of damage are not covered:

Accidental damage such as stains, rips, or cuts.
Damage caused by furniture, equipment, or improper storage.
Damage caused by pets.
Damage from improper cleaning methods or materials.

Limited to one (1) replacement per item.
If you believe your product is defective, please discontinue use and contact us at info@chilluno.com.

To submit a warranty claim, please include:

Your original order number (or the name/email of the gift giver, if applicable).
Three photos clearly showing the issue.
Your shipping address.

Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 3–5 business days.

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request that you retain the original packaging for inspection.
