Yes, our fitted sheets are 38cm deep as standard. A deeper option will be introduced soon.
Each Chilluno product has a care label with full instructions.
For Chilluno Cotton Products: machine wash at 30°, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or line dry. No bleach. Iron lightly if needed.
Natural cotton may show slight shrinkage on first wash (within industry tolerance). Pilling and other fabric features can vary by material, and we provide a Chilluno Fabric Guide (Chilluno Product Matrix) on each product page for more detail.
Orders & Shipping
Currently we deliver within the UK only, but international shipping will be added in the future.
No worries—every order is dispatched from our UK warehouse. That means no surprise import fees or duties, just a smooth delivery and the peace of mind that your order total is final.
Orders are processed quickly and usually dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.
We use Royal Mail , Evri or DPD, depending on your location and the items in your order.
Standard delivery is £3.95 for orders under £100.
Free delivery for orders over £100.

If you’re not at home, our delivery partner may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take it to a local collection point. You’ll be notified by email or text with the details and options to rearrange delivery if needed.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please email info@chilluno.com with your order number and our team will confirm the cancellation.

If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, we’re unable to make changes. Please also refer the cancellation policy above.
At this time, our system only allows for one payment method to be used per order.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes. We offer a 30-Day Peace-of-Mind Return for unopened and unused items.
For product quality issues, all Chilluno products are also protected by our 365-Day Chilluno Care Warranty. For more details please refer Chilluno Care and Warranty and Return Policy.
Simply contact us at info@chilluno.com with your order number and photos of the unopened item. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect item, or damage), we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
- For returns due to customer preference, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or washed bedding. This ensures all customers receive brand-new, untouched products.
No. Bundled items or bedding sets must be returned in full and unopened.
