Chilluno bedding is made in China, where cotton craftsmanship has a long tradition. We collaborate with experienced and certificated partners to create products that balance comfort, quality and responsibility — from weaving to finishing.

Yes, our fitted sheets are 38cm deep as standard. A deeper option will be introduced soon.

Each Chilluno product has a care label with full instructions.
For Chilluno Cotton Products: machine wash at 30°, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or line dry. No bleach. Iron lightly if needed.

Natural cotton may show slight shrinkage on first wash (within industry tolerance). Pilling and other fabric features can vary by material, and we provide a Chilluno Fabric Guide (Chilluno Product Matrix) on each product page for more detail.

Currently we deliver within the UK only, but international shipping will be added in the future.

No worries—every order is dispatched from our UK warehouse. That means no surprise import fees or duties, just a smooth delivery and the peace of mind that your order total is final.

To ensure premium efficiency, our warehouse follows a structured daily processing cycle:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Evri): Orders are processed daily at 9:00 AM London time, covering orders placed up to that time.
• Express Delivery (DPD): Orders feature a later daily cut-off time of 14:00 London time.

In general, most orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be safely dispatched on Monday morning.

We offer two tracked shipping options within the UK to suit your needs:
• Standard Delivery by Royal Mail or Evri:
- FREE on all orders, with no minimum spend required (Delivery within 3–5 business days).
• Express Delivery (via DPD):
- £6.91 for all orders (Premium tracked delivery within 2–3 business days).

The delivery window depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Express Delivery: 2–3 Business Days;
- Standard Delivery (All Orders): 3–5 Business Days;

If you are not available at your property to personally accept the delivery, our courier partners may leave your package in a designated secure safe place on your premises, leave it with an immediate neighbour, or route it to a local collection depot. Clear instructions and alternative collection arrangements will be specified on your digital courier notice.

If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, we’re unable to make changes. Please also refer the cancellation policy above.

At this time, our system only allows for one payment method to be used per order.

Yes. We offer a 30-Day Peace-of-Mind Return for unopened and unused items.
For product quality issues, all Chilluno products are also protected by our 365-Day Chilluno Care Warranty. For more details please refer Chilluno Care and Warranty and Return Policy.

Simply contact us at info@chilluno.com with your order number and photos of the unopened item. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

• If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect item, or damage), we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  
• For returns due to customer preference, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or washed bedding. This ensures all customers receive brand-new, untouched products.

No. Bundled items or bedding sets must be returned in full and unopened.
